Centre of Unversal Rhapsody in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia offers participants 2 options relating to a broad variety physical issues or emotional issues and life challenges:
1. the Four Session Intensive© - 4x 1 hour spread out over 2 to 3 months
2. the Trial Session - 1x 1 hour

1. the Four Session Intensive© - 4x 1 hour spread out over 2 to 3 months
Depending on which individual sessions for physical or emotional issues a participant is entering into, a Four Session Intensive© usually consists of 4 individual sessions of 1 hour. These 4 individual sessions are planned with the therapist at the start of the individual sessions, one every week (weekly schedule) or one every fortnight (fortnightly schedule).

Time Schedule for the Four Session Intensive©
The Four Session Intensive© takes place in 2 to 3 months. During the first (weekly schedule) or first and second (fortnightly schedule) month, the participant will have a session individually with the therapist at Centre of Universal Rhapsody in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia. The participant will visit Centre of Universal Rhapsody for 1 hour every week or 1 hour every fortnight and will have to complete about 2 hours of homework between each of these 4 sessions. The second (weekly schedule) month or third (fortnightly schedule) month will be spent doing homework at home for about 15 minutes every day.

Contents for the Four Session Intensive©
Session 1: meeting the therapist and collecting a list of experiences and events from the past relating to the issues at hand and experiences and events that need working on in general.
Session 2: learning the natural therapy EFT and using EFT on the list of events from session 1.
Session 3: working with future issues in relation to the issues at hand.
Session 4: working with negative beliefs and positive affirmations (sayings).
Participants will be doing about 2 hours of homework between the sessions every week / every fortnight.

Results after the Four Session Intensive©
After on average 4 sessions of 1 hour, the participant will be freed of the issue at hand or will be fully capable of clearing the remainder of the process at home (supervised by the therapist).
