In times of mourning and loss, love and gentleness are essential. If the mourning relates to a child in a process of divorce, a teenager and mourning, or mourning in the broadest possible sense, all these emotions need to be processed. We are used to feeling that the mourning process is a long and difficult process, possibly a life long experience. If we process our mourning too quickly, it can (subconsciously) seem that we are not respecting the ones we have lost or been seperated from. Help in this process can be very welcome. This makes it possible to remember and cherish the beautiful memories and move on with life from a place of openheartedness and love, moving back into your own core of life. We can then move on with our lives, with the greatest of respect for all involved. In addition to the current methods of working with the mourning process, there is a different way of dealing with this issue. Often emotional causes lie at the root of this mourning.

Centre of Universal Rhapsody offers individual sessions for participants that are mourning. Participants are taught the techniques to better deal with the emotional causes of their mourning. Within the individual sessions, we will be working with the events and experiences that may be at the core of this mourning, so we can deal with the emotional causes.

How long does the Four Session Intensive for Mourning© take and what does it cost?
The Four Session Intensive for Mourning© is a short and very effective way of resolving the issues that the participant faces. The participant will spend 4x 1 hour with the EFT practitioner at EFT Sunshine Coast over a period of 1 month (weekly schedule) or 2 months (fortnightly schedule) (so once a week for 4 weeks or once fortnightly for 8 weeks). The total of the individual sessions takes 2 to 3 months: the first month (weekly schedule) or first 2 months (fortnightly schedule) consists of 4x 1 hour with the EFT practitioner and about 2 hours of homework every week or fortnight and the final month consists of homework amounting to about 15 minutes a day.
