How long does the Four Session Intensive for Commitment Issues© take and what does it cost?
The Four Session Intensive for Commitment Issues© is a short and very effective way of resolving the issues that the participant faces. The participant will spend 4x 1 hour with the therapist at Centre of Universal Rhapsody over a period of 1 month (weekly schedule) or 2 months (fortnightly schedule) (so once a week for 4 weeks or once fortnightly for 8 weeks). The total of the individual sessions takes 2 to 3 months: the first month (weekly schedule) or first 2 months (fortnightly schedule) consists of 4x 1 hour with the therapist and about 2 hours of homework every week or fortnight and the final month consists of homework amounting to about 15 minutes a day.
