EFT Sunshine Coast offers individual sessions for participants with a social phobia. Participants are taught the techniques to better deal with the emotional causes of the social phobia. Within the individual sessions, we will be working with the events and experiences that may be at the core of the social phobia, so we can deal with the emotional causes.

How long does the Four Session Intensive for Social Phobia© take and what does it cost?
The Four Session Intensive for Social Phobia© is a short and very effective way of resolving the issues that the participant faces. The participant will work 4x 1 hour with the EFT practitioner at EFT Sunshine Coast over a period of 1 month (weekly schedule) or 2 months (fortnightly schedule) (so once a week for 4 weeks or once fortnightly for 8 weeks). The total of the indvidual sessions takes 2 to 3 months: the first month (weekly schedule) or first 2 months (fortnightly schedule) consists of 4x 1 hour with the EFT practitioner and about 2 hours of homework every week or fortnight and the final month consists of homework amounting to about 15 minutes a day.
