The Four Session Intensive for Claustrophobiaİ is a short and very effective way of resolving the issues that the participant faces. The participant will work 4x 1 hour with the
EFT practitioner at
EFT Sunshine Coast over a period of 1 month (
weekly schedule) or 2 months (
fortnightly schedule) (so once a week for 4 weeks or once fortnightly for 8 weeks). The total of the individual sessions takes 2 to 3 months: the first month (weekly schedule) or first 2 months (fortnightly schedule) consists of 4x 1 hour with the EFT practitioner and about 2 hours of homework every week or fortnight and the final month consists of homework amounting to about 15 minutes a day.
