Centre of Universal Rhapsody offers individual sessions for participants with claustrophobia. Participants are taught the techniques to better deal with the emotional causes of claustrophobia. Within the individual sessions, we will be working with the events and experiences that may be at the core of the claustrophobia, so we can deal with the emotional causes.

How long does the Four Session Intensive for Claustrophobia© take and what does it cost?
The Four Session Intensive for Claustrophobia© is a short and very effective way of resolving the issues that the participant faces. The participant will work 4x 1 hour with the therapist at Centre of Universal Rhapsody over a period of 1 month (weekly schedule) or 2 months (fortnightly schedule) (so once a week for 4 weeks or once fortnightly for 8 weeks). The total of the individual sessions takes 2 to 3 months: the first month (weekly schedule) or first 2 months (fortnightly schedule) consists of 4x 1 hour with the therapist and about 2 hours of homework every week or fortnight and the final month consists of homework amounting to about 15 minutes a day.
